I have found that if I set up rules and I TELL people these rules and people ASK me if I"m following my rules, then I do well. So here are my eating rules for the next 100 days!!!! September 22nd, 2015.
1. No eating after 8:00 pm. There is no reason to eat this late. :)
2. During the day, the only snacks that I can have are fruits and veggies. This is a hard one for me because I like munching on stuff at work but a great rule for me!!!
3. Drink at least four glasses of water a day. I know they say 8 glasses but I'm starting small and I can work up.
4. NO pop. I can say no to pop so I'm going to say no.
5. Take one picture a day. This has NOTHING to do with eating but I wanted to add a fun rule.
Times when these rules can be broken.
1. When I'm celebrating someone's birthday or my own birthday.
2. When I'm on vacation. Work trip does not count as a vacation.
