Day Two Eating

 It is dinner time and all I want to do is eat. I had some grapes and a bowl of cereal.  To stop my cravings I have decided to leave the house and go for a long bike ride.   That I hope will take some of Hunger away and also will help me to get some exercise in for the day. 

Remember, no eating after 8:00.
