Well I think I did pretty well today. I started the day by running 4.5 miles, and biking 6. All I had for breakfast was an apple which is not the smartest thing that I did but I just ran out of time to eat and before I knew it, it was lunch time.
I kept track of EVERYTHING I ate which helps so much. I ate lots of fruits and veggies.
I went for an afternoon swim to get ready for the triathlon this weekend. That went well!
Overall, GOOD DAY!!!!
