Goal
I was having a hard beginning of the week so I decided to set a goal. If I ate well on Wednesday and Thursday then I could have a scone on Friday morning. Well yesterday was not the best of days but I did say no to many yummy treats. So I think that counts. Today is a new day and I'm going to pack my lunch with lots of fruits and veggies.

How is eating going??
I have had a fairly good eating week. Eating lots of fruits and veggies.
I did go to DQ last night and had a blizzard to celebrate a friends birthday. BUT... I also worked out in the morning and the afternoon so I feel okay about that.
Tomorrow is always a hard day because there are lots of temptations. But I'm going to stay strong.
I have been drinking lots of water.

Day Two Eating
It is dinner time and all I want to do is eat. I had some grapes and a bowl of cereal. To stop my cravings I have decided to leave the house and go for a long bike ride. That I hope will take some of Hunger away and also will help me to get some exercise in for the day.
Remember, no eating after 8:00.

End of Day One
Well I think I did pretty well today. I started the day by running 4.5 miles, and biking 6. All I had for breakfast was an apple which is not the smartest thing that I did but I just ran out of time to eat and before I knew it, it was lunch time.
I kept track of EVERYTHING I ate which helps so much. I ate lots of fruits and veggies.
I went for an afternoon swim to get ready for the triathlon this weekend. That went well!
Overall, GOOD DAY!!!!

Day One
One more rule I forgot.... Must keep track of EVERYTHING I eat. I use the App- My Fitness Pal. I love it and it really helps me keep on track. It is 9:30 and so far today things are going well. More later.

Laura's Eating Rules
I have found that if I set up rules and I TELL people these rules and people ASK me if I"m following my rules, then I do well. So here are my eating rules for the next 100 days!!!! September 22nd, 2015.
1. No eating after 8:00 pm. There is no reason to eat this late. :)
2. During the day, the only snacks that I can have are fruits and veggies. This is a hard one for me because I like munching on stuff at work but a great rule for me!!!
3. Drink at least four glasses of water a day. I know they say 8 glasses but I'm starting small and I can work up.
4. NO pop. I can say no to pop so I'm going to say no.
5. Take one picture a day. This has NOTHING to do with eating but I wanted to add a fun rule.
Times when these rules can be broken.
1. When I'm celebrating someone's birthday or my own birthday.
2. When I'm on vacation. Work trip does not count as a vacation.
